The thing I appreciate most about Jay (among many things) is that he is from the future. Believe it. Everything about him is ahead of his time - from his design skills, to his knowledge and passion for emerging technologies to that weird lip hair thing he has going on. He funnels all of that goodness into interactive sites and digital thinking that are truly focused around a user's journey.
